Oscar Veyrunes (*1992 Grenoble, France) studied visual art at the UdK in Berlin under Hito Steyerl and Robert Lucander. In installations with an autobiographical basis, he seeks to
give substance to processes that inhabit us and shape our way of apprehending what surrounds us. The works themselves seem like stories. Like settings. And what they
ultimately reveal is a kind of emptiness – positive and negative: of the absent, of what has been, of what is becoming, as well as of what is open.
